The Burlington Customer Survey (“Survey”) is conducted by Burlington Stores, Inc. (“Burlington”). By taking the Survey, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility: The Survey is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
