When it comes to Italian food, few can touch the iconic and popular Sbarro. With over 500 locations worldwide, guests have plenty of opportunity to dine at this well-known chain. In order to get a sense of what guests think about their experiences at Sbarro restaurants, we conducted a guest experience survey.
The results were insightful and offer valuable insights into how Sbarro can improve its overall Guest Experience. Here are some highlights:
• Guests appreciate the convenience of Sbarro restaurants – 84% say that being close to where they live is a big factor in choosing a restaurant, and 81% say that being able to eat quickly is important.
• Guests rate the quality of food as excellent or very good across all types of dishes – whether they’re ordering off the menu (77%), taking advantage of one of Sbarro’s many specialty pizzas (75%), or grabbing a quick meal (72%).
• When it comes to dining out with friends or family, 73% say that making reservations is very important. And 67% say they would definitely come back to SBarro if they had the chance. Clearly, guests love spending time in one of Sbarro’s restaurants!

What was the best thing about your visit?
The best thing about my visit to Sbarro was the variety of food that they had to offer. I really enjoyed the pasta dishes and the pizza. The service was amazing as well, especially since it was busy at the restaurant. Everyone was sofriendly and helpful. Overall, I thought it was a great experience!
